SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY CLINICS COMMUNITY BOARD:
The San Joaquin County Clinics Community Board (CCCB) is a co-applicantwith the County to the Health Resources and Administration for FQHC-LAL
designation. The CCCB represents the community in regards to health care
services provided by the County’s FQHC-LAL Clinics. It is recognized as a
501c(3) charitable organization.
MEMBERSHIP:
The CCCB consists of 11 members with a minimum of 6 who are health centerusers representative of the patient population and a minimum of 5 non-users. For

MEETINGS:
When: Last Thursday of each month
Time: 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
