The San Joaquin County Health Care Services (HCS) office is located on the campus of San Joaquin Gerneral Hospital, in the east wing of Benton Hall.
From Northbound I-5; Exit at Mathews Road (467B). Turn left onto Mathews Road. Turn right onto Freedom Road; then turn left onto Southloop Road. Turn right onto Cesar Chavez Road. The HCS Agency is located on the northwest corner of Cesar Chavez Road and the Service Road. Enter the office up the ramp at the corner.

The HCS Agency is located on the northwest corder of Cesar Chavez Road befor Service Road. Enter the office up the ramp at the corner.
