The purpose of San Joaquin County Public Health Services is to protect, preserve, and promote the health of the San Joaquin community irrespective of age, sex, race, ethnicity or income. Public Health goals are to prevent preventable diseases, premature deaths and disability, and promote optimal physical, emotional and social well being.
