• General Medicine Wards (24 weeks) with CLOSED ICU/CCU (10 weeks)
• Float Call (4 weeks)
• Anesthesia/Rheumatology with hospice, orthopedics and rehabilitation medicine (4weeks)
• Nephrology (4 weeks)
• Gastroenterology (4 weeks)

PGY2

• General Medicine Wards (24 weeks) with CLOSED ICU/CCU (10 weeks)
• Emergency Medicine at San Joaquin General Hospital Emergency Room (4 weeks
• Hematology/Oncology with neurology and medicine consults (4 weeks)
• Ambulatory Medicine with psychiatry at San Joaquin General Hospital (4 weeks)
• Pulmonary Medicine

PGY3

• General Medicine Wards (4-8 weeks)
• Float Call (6 weeks)
• Pulmonary Medicine (6-8 weeks)
• Neurology with hematology/oncology (6 weeks)
• Infectious Diseases (4 weeks)
• Cardiology (8 weeks)
• Endocrinology at University of California, San Francisco (4 weeks)
• Ambulatory Medicine at Stockton Kaiser Permanente including gynecology, ophthalmology and dermatology (4 weeks)
  
  Each rotation has ½ day per week allotted for Continuity Clinics.
